About Matilda

I am a recent graduate in Classics and Italian from University of Oxford. I am very enthusiastic about Latin and believe that students should be encouraged to engage with the language in order to discover the diverse and entertaining literature of the ancient world. While Latin is challenging, it can also be fun, and provides a great base of understanding for learning other languages.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored towards students working towards their GCSEs/A-Levels. 1 hour sessions. My focus would be on developing students' grammatical understanding and creativity in translation. I am happy to stick to the curriculum or simply provide engaging lessons to improve confidence.
