About Hannah
I am a friendly & enthusiastic Maths graduate from the University of Durham. I achieved an A* in both Maths and Further Maths at A-level and at GCSE level, along with 87% in my Mathematics degree.
Aside from studies, I enjoy playing sports including football and netball. I have completed many leadership awards and have plenty of experience on coaching. This additional experience has enabled me to learn how to adapt my tutoring style to different students, something which I believe is essential!

My tutoring style is slightly different to many tutors (it’s the way I taught myself to achieve A*’s in Maths and Further Maths at GCSE and A Level!). This is great for students who want to push themselves further to achieve the best possible grades or for those struggling to understand new concepts- a new approach is essential.
Through 100+ hours of online tutoring experience, I have successfully learnt how to adapt my styles to suit the needs of different individuals. I help students to understand WHY equations work (rather than just stating it like in many schools). This enables students to tackle even the hardest of maths problems.
