About Musa
I am currently a Mechatronics Engineering undergraduate at the University of Manchester, consistently averaging a First-Class grade. Having navigated the intense pressures of achieving straight 9s at GCSE and top grades at A-Level, I know exactly what it takes to succeed in highly demanding STEM subjects.
I genuinely love teaching. While tutoring naturally keeps my own technical skills sharp, my true motivation is the "aha!" moment. There is no better feeling than watching a complex concept that once felt impossible finally click for a student. I tutor because it is incredibly rewarding to replace a student's academic anxiety with genuine confidence, equipping them with the exact problem-solving strategies and mindset I used to master these subjects.

As a First-Class Mechatronics Engineering undergraduate at the University of Manchester, I have a deep grasp of applied mathematics and physics. Having achieved straight 9s at GCSE and As at A-Level, I know exactly what it takes to excel, and I have a proven track record of 1-on-1 coaching that has guided students straight to Grade 9s.
My teaching style is highly interactive and visual. I break down intimidating STEM concepts using relatable metaphors, clear diagrams, and engaging dialogue to paint a complete picture. Once a student truly grasps the underlying principles, exam questions stop being stressful and start becoming logical puzzles we can solve together.
I offer highly tailored lessons for Year 7 right through to Year 13, specialising in GCSE Science, Maths, Further Maths, Computer Science, and A-Level Maths and Physics. Lesson lengths are completely flexible depending on the student's stamina and upcoming goals—whether that is a quick 45-minute weekly top-up or a longer intensive session before mocks.
