About Marja-Liisa
I have been working in fitness for 5 years, gaining experience in both 1-2-1 and group coaching. Online and in-person. I have worked with elderly athletes, my own parents, disabled athletes and teenagers.
I have a broad background in sport, mainly as a competitive skier, triathlete and currently at Cross Training athlete.
I am constantly pursuing further education and put all my time and focus on being the best coach I can be.
I have suffered from depression and an eating disorder, which has given me a deep understanding of the importance of lifestyle, mindset and having the right people beside you to keep moving forward in life.
I want to help as many people as I can to feel good about their choices, their bodies and to love themselves as they are. I want others to experience what it feels like to be proud of your own effort at becoming the best you.

I am here to help whoever needs guidance with making healthier choice and building habits that are going to make you feel better in yourself. I am qualified Personal Trainer and a Cross Training coach who loves her job. I coach daily in a gym and remotely support people to stay accountable when it comes to fitness and health. I am the most proud of how I have been able to help my own mother in slowly gaining her health back.
I will provide guidance with lifestyle, mindset, fitness and nutrition. Weekly check-ins and daily support when you need it!
