About Lucy
I have been working in health and fitness for 15 years and I am a professional rowing coach working with a youth development nonprofit. I am certified in life coaching, holistic wellness, personal training, nutrition, strength training and rowing coaching.
I have coached athletes in crew from beginners to national champions and olympic hopefuls. I have also worked with clients of all ages for over 10 years in the wellness space with various needs including but not limited to body transformation; strength conditioning to assist sport or hobbies; nutrition coaching; goal setting; injury recovery.
One of my biggest passions is making health and fitness accessible and not intimidating. I advocate for exercise education in communities and socioeconomic groups that have less access to health and exercise knowledge and opportunities. I think also now having the ability to coach and train with individuals online removes a lot of barriers and leads to building lasting relationships and safe spaces to grow in knowledge and be supported in a transformation journey.

I tailer my lessons to suit your needs when it comes to health and fitness education. Maybe you prefer an informational session then on-your-own training plans/take away, or you want real time instruction in pilates, core training, home workouts etc. We can do a hybrid of practical and informational learning and easily change the approach from week to week.
You can learn about goal setting and sticking to a plan as well as learning to develop healthy and mindful habits that are integrated into your lifestyle to build on your fitness, health and wellness education. I will coach you in self appreciation, self care and accountability in order to achieve the transformation you are hoping for, whatever that may look like.
