I’m a professional fitness coach with over 10 years of experience in many different programs from weightlifting to athletic training and aerobics instruction. I love helping people learn the true nature of fitness. With fitness and nutritional consulting I guarantee you will see results.

About the lesson

I will break down the basics of resistance training from proper form to advanced techniques to create a great workout. I will also bust some myths and teach you the true benefits of resistance training. I will cover in great detail how, when and why to keep you safe a successful in the gym.
