About Leonardo
I'm finishing my studies in Sports Sciences/Kinesiology. I teach various fitness disciplines, Judo and neuro-motor activities for children. I studied at the University of Ferrara and completed a 6-month Internship program (concerning physical activity, Pilates method in particular) in California at Balanced Body Education (International Pilates Training School). I have worked in several Pilates studios and gyms in Milan, as well as in the province of Treviso.

My approach consists in accompanying the client to the fulfillment of his personal physical goals through the dynamic knowledge of his own body. I teach people to live better, in a healthy way through a correct, targeted and personalized physical activity.

Conosco Leonardo perché ha affiancato la mia preparazione fisica da atleta. L'obiettivo era l'aumentare la stabilità del core e la corretta postura, con l'obiettivo di recuperare un'infortunio e preparare un periodo di allenamenti intenso.
Le sue competenze legate all'anatomia, alla chinesiologia, alla posturologia ed alla disciplina del Pilates fanno di Leonardo un insegnante di fitness fuori dal comune: preparazione, precisione, serietà, ma sopratutto PASSIONE e DEDIZIONE.
