About Kapil
I'm a certified fitness trainer. I have more than 5 years of experience as a personal trainer. I love to keep myself as well as others fit. After completing the courses (advanced fitness trainer, special population, advanced nutritionist, strength and stamina), now I'm aiming for master trainer to get certified as ACE, iifem My main specialization as a personal trainer is weight loss, weight gain, muscle strengthening and body pump.

Perfect! My personal trainer is awesome! He helps me get stronger, more flexible, and build stamina at home. The workouts are fun and just right for me. What's cool is he also gives tips on what to eat, making everything better. He's super nice and motivating, which makes exercising easy.
