About Noluthando
I am a female in their early 20's who fell in love with keeping fit. First it was my getaway cause I wasn't happy with my body and I was depressed. With consistency and continuous growth, I learnt to love myself and the changes that came along.. I learnt to accept myself and grew mentally. When the going gets tough, exercising helps you de-stress, find yourself and refocus again..This is a lifestyle I'm glad I incorporated in my life.
