About Christi
I am a biologist by training but also an avid mover and dancer. I can help you to achieve your goals through a personalized program and give you a scientific evidence-based nutritional guidance. I would like to empower you to build a capable and good physique.
A bit of history:
My first dance experience was ballet when I was a kid, but I didn't like it because I had to follow strict regimes and routines. When high school came, I joined the athletic club doing girls competitive relay. Then life brought me into street dance. I love them! I got into house and hip hop at first, then later on breakdance. All these experiences taught me how to build a strong, flexible, and functional body.

Most of the time, you will not need equipment. It will be body weight movements to improve your fitness, flexibility, strength and conditioning.
Every person's body is built differently. I will build a personalized program based on your current ability and goals. The lessons (60min) will be for adult beginners, yoga enthusiasts or dancers that would like to learn new skills.
I can teach flexibility and strength-based poses (see my reel). If you are a dancer, I can work with you on how to use it in your dance. If you are a beginner without a dancing background, I will design a progression program so you will reach your body goals in no time.
