Hello, I’m Hari Chandana, a nutritionist deeply passionate about self-healing, stress relief, and the incredible benefits of yoga. My journey led me to Rishikesh, where I learned directly from Patanjali Maharshi and many revered yoga sadhus. Experiencing their wisdom opened my eyes to the vibrant spiritual power yoga holds.
