About Isabella
I achieved all my GCSEs at grades 7-9 as well as ABB on my A-Levels. This includes an 8 in maths GCSE and a B in A-Level maths.
Although I have achieved good grades throughout my school life, I still struggled with certain subjects. During my A-levels, I needed a tutor to help me with my grades and my confidence with a certain subject. Tutoring helped me achieve a B in that subject. It taught me to not give up and I am here to encourage other children to do the same. I understand how difficult it is to continue doing a subject that you struggle with but I aim to make it easier.

My lessons are designed to identify your child's weaknesses and encourage them. My lessons are tailored towards ages 7- 16. My methodology ranges from mini quizzes to practice questions. KS2 children will mainly learn through pictures and example questions. KS3 and KS4 children will learn more of the concepts and where marks are given. Each session will be different depending on how your child learns best.
I have helped children with maths throughout my time at school and during university. I have assisted children in moving up a grade including my brother.
The length of the lessons are typically an hour long but can vary depending on the child.

Details
The first 30 minutes are a friendly introduction for your child to decide if they feel comfortable with me as their tutor and if they like the style of teaching. It also allows me to find out what level your child is working at incase you they do want to have tutoring sessions.
