Tout au long de mon parcours, j’ai eu l’occasion de former et d’accompagner des stagiaires ainsi que de nouveaux collègues, ce qui m’a permis de développer une approche pédagogique claire, progressive et adaptée aux besoins de chacun. Patiente, rigoureuse et passionnée par le partage de connaissances, j’aime transmettre des concepts complexes de manière simple et accessible.
