About Kim
After spending 11 years under high-pressure demands of the corporate world, I decided to shift my focus toward holistic health, wellness, and mindful living. Experiencing firsthand how stressful modern life can be, I made the conscious choice to step away from my corporate career to become a full-time certified instructor.
My journey led me to a deep passion for geriatric yoga, with a dedicated focus on chair yoga for seniors. I believe movement should be accessible, safe, and empowering at every stage of life. Whether helping older adults rebuild mobility and confidence or guiding working professionals through stress-relief practices, my goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where every student feels supported. I teach to share the transformative power of mindful breath and movement with anyone looking to improve their quality of life.

Coming from a corporate background, I understand the need for stress reduction, good posture, and gentle body maintenance.I focus on making yoga safe, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone, regardless of age or physical limitation.
My primary specialization is geriatric yoga, with a dedicated focus on chair yoga for seniors looking to enhance mobility, flexibility, and balance without strain. However, I welcome students of all age groups and skill levels—from complete beginners to working adults seeking mindfulness.
Each class is structured with gentle breathing exercises, step-by-step posture guidance using comfortable adaptations, and a calming relaxation session to end. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and peace of mind at your own comfortable pace.
