About Epiphany
Born in Hong Kong, raised in the UK, and recently settled in Australia, I’m excited to launch my music teaching journey here in Sydney.
Classically trained from the age of 3, I achieved Distinction in ABRSM Grade 8 across piano, cello, and singing before the age of 13.
As a former full music scholar at a prestigious UK independent school, I was honored as Musician of the Year by both the school and county. I served as cello section leader of multiple county orchestras, performed as soloist in concertos with professional orchestras, participated in leading choirs, and competed in over 100 music festivals and competitions, consistently winning top prizes.
My musical journey has been recognized in national newspapers and featured in interviews with the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation).
With over 10 years of dedicated teaching experience, I have successfully guided students from complete beginners to advanced levels. My approach focuses on building strong technique, achieving excellence in exams, and fostering genuine confidence, expressions and lifelong joy in music and performance.
I hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and am fully committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment for all students.

I am offering private lessons in Sydney at my home studio, equipped with a premium Kawai grand piano for an inspiring, concert-quality learning experience.
I go beyond simply teaching notes: my creative, performance-oriented approach draws from my own extensive stage experience to teach how to truly express and perform music with emotion, musical storytelling, stage presence, and personal artistry. This has proven especially effective for exam preparation, building recital confidence, or helping motivated adults rediscover or discover their passion for piano.
