About Antonina
As a part-time musician, I believe that music is a powerful tool for fostering inner peace, especially for adults navigating busy lifestyles. Playing an instrument offers a unique sense of relaxation and an escape from daily stress. For children, learning music goes beyond just notes and rhythms; it plays a significant role in shaping their personalities and developing essential soft skills such as patience, discipline, and teamwork. My goal as a cello teacher is to create a nurturing environment where both kids and adults can explore their musical talents while enjoying the myriad benefits that come with learning an instrument.

Cello Lessons for Beginners! (Kids and Adults) (Ideally in southwest)
Ever wanted to learn a musical instrument? Whether you’re a child or an adult looking to pick up a new hobby, I offer fun, engaging, and personalized cello lessons for absolute beginners!
Why choose my lessons?
Experienced Cellist: Former cellist at the Hong Kong Youth Symphony Orchestra, with ABRSM Grade 8 in Cello and rewarded with school Music Scholarship .
Beginner-friendly: Specialising in teaching beginners of all age with easy-to-follow lessons.
Multi-instrumentalist: I also hold ABRSM Grade 7 in Piano, allowing for a well-rounded musical approach.
What I offer:
During the first lesson, I would understand the student's goals and the stage the student is in. Accordingly, I will teach basics of playing the cello (holding the instrument, bow technique, simple tunes). Eventually, I would like students to development their listening skills and music appreciation
Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace, ensuring learning is both fun and effective.
Location: Central London and Southeast London (Greenwich, Peckham, New Cross and Deptford etc.) (open to other locations upon request)
Availability: Weekdays after 18:30 and weekends
