About Leslie
I am a current Sales Associate who recommends nutrition supplements. I have a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from CSUF, and am expected to begin a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nutritional Science at CSULA this upcoming Spring. In my past experience, I have given nutrition presentations to college students on general nutrition and other nutrition topics. I have also tutored elementary school children.

My teaching approach is to listen to a student's question and then read it over to make sure I understand it. I try using different learning tactics such as visual, verbal, and kinesthetics to ensure understanding. After I explain the problem I check up with the student for understanding. My tutoring experience has mainly been with elementary school children, but I have some experience tutoring high school freshmen.
