About Sanay
I am a former competitive athlete with a background in skiing and experience at national team level. My journey in sports taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of proper movement and recovery.
Today, I work as a Physiotherapy Assistant in Ottawa, where I help people improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain strength. I combine my athletic experience with practical rehabilitation knowledge to guide others safely and effectively.
I understand both sides of the process — pushing the body to perform and helping it recover when things go wrong. This allows me to offer realistic, results-focused support to my students.
I am patient, attentive, and focused on helping each person progress at their own pace, whether they are beginners, active individuals, or athletes.
