About Cherryl
Teaching has always been my passion. I have taught Maths at a University for 20 years. I have a PhD in Mathematics. I have been tutoring here in Brisbane for 4 years now. I can easily determine the learning gaps in students and try work on the gaps to bridge the learning. I give out worksheets and homework to students to practice on at home to further supplement their learning. My students can message me anytime if they have any Maths related questions. I am very patient with my students. I want them to have fun while learning. I want to build their confidence and be independent thinkers.
I specialise in Maths Methods and Maths Specialist. I can help your child prepare for the ATAR exams.
I also offer online tutorials via Zoom.

I offer one to one Maths tutorials to year 7 to 12 students.
My usual session is for 1 hour. I give out worksheets and revision materials to students if needed to supplement their learning.
I have been a University professor for 20 years and have been tutoring in Brisbane for 4 years.
