I am Ashok M, a leader, author, and coach with a passion for empowering individuals to unlock their potential and achieve extraordinary success. As the Founder & CEO of Poetralia and Co-Founder of United Force Technologies, I have built ventures that focus on innovation, creativity, and impact. With over six years of experience as Chief Human Resource Officer at SPACIM, I have honed my expertise in leadership, career development, and organizational growth.
I have also authored globally recognized books, including Don't Think Too Much: Unlock Your Potential and Embrace Action, which reflects my philosophy of turning ideas into action. My journey as a philosopher, economist, and sociologist has given me unique insights into human behavior, challenges, and the power of transformation.
