About Emily
As a Modern Languages Graduate from Cardiff University, class of 2018, I have lived and breathed French and Spanish for the past four or so years. Having spent my third year studying abroad in Nantes and Valencia, I have been fully immersed in both languages and I am keen to let my passion for languages shine through my tutoring sessions.
As a general rule I would split a one hour session into three parts and I can adapt this to either beginner or GCSE level. However, this is merely a guideline and I am happy to tailor this to your individual needs.
25 minutes of grammar:
- Tenses, verb conjugations and consolidation (regular and irregular indicative and subjunctive verbs)
25 minutes reading & writing:
- Text comprehension and / or writing technique & essay phrases
10 minutes vocabulary:
- Topic-based quiz, game or exercise to expand vocabulary
