We had Louise teach French to my 10 year-old daughter for a year when she was back in France. We had just moved to France from Italy and my daughter did not speak French very well. She was put into a public school in grade 6, so the level was already quite high. Louise came in twice a week to teach her, going over her homework, giving her different tactics to remember all the grammar rules and also reading a book she recommended to help with her pronunciation. My daughter really enjoyed the classes and was able to boost her average in French by 5 points which seemed like a great challenge at first (the grade system is out of 20 over there...). She is a great tutor and I wish her all the best with her new students.

Hi! Louise taught English to my 2 children, ages 9 and 11 for the last three years. She would come once a week and teach them an hour each, adapting to their different levels. My younger son was learning to read and write, acquiring new vocabulary every time, while my older daughter was focusing on reading comprehension and even started her own creative writing. Louise is very patient and pedagogical. She adapted each class to my children's rhythms and always gave me great insight as well as recommendations for their learning. We had to stop classes because we moved and my kids do better with in-person classes, but we wish she was still teaching them. 100% recommend her!
