About Nina
My passion for French began with an interest in language, culture, and international communication. I earned an M.A in French Language and Intercultural Studies, which deepened my understanding of linguistics and cultural exchange. Over 11 years of teaching, I have supported learners from diverse backgrounds in developing fluency and confidence. I believe language learning should feel human and encouraging. Many students feel hesitant to speak, so I create a calm environment where mistakes are part of growth. I tailor explanations and activities to suit individual learning styles. Outside teaching, I stay connected to French through reading, media, and cultural exploration. Teaching French is meaningful because I see learners gain confidence and independence. Helping students communicate comfortably in French is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.

Lesson plans are adapted to each learner’s proficiency. Beginners focus on pronunciation, essential grammar, simple sentence construction, and everyday vocabulary. Intermediate learners strengthen fluency, verb usage, listening skills, and written expression. Advanced learners refine complex grammar, idiomatic language, academic or professional communication, and cultural nuance. Guided practice and constructive correction are integrated into every session. French lessons also help learners develop cultural sensitivity and expressive confidence. Students become more open to different perspectives and comfortable communicating across cultures. My goal is to help learners feel relaxed, capable, and motivated as they grow into confident French speakers who enjoy using the language.
