My teaching methods are structured but I also believe in being extremely encouraging and understanding. I currently work at a daycare and I find the best approach is to get on the students level and break down where the real misunderstanding is coming from and how I can further explain or adapt the technique based on this misunderstanding. I am comfortable teaching french in all grade levels k-12 and any other elementary subject I am comfortable teaching from k-7
