About Charlotte
I am a university student with a strong academic background in English and excellent communication skills. I am fluent in both English and Maltese and have used English extensively throughout my education and university studies.
I am patient, reliable and approachable, and I understand that learning or improving a language can sometimes feel challenging. My aim is to make every student feel comfortable and supported while helping them progress at their own pace.
I take my lessons seriously and prepare according to each student’s individual level, needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner, need extra support with schoolwork, or simply want to improve your speaking, reading, writing or grammar, I will provide clear explanations and a positive learning environment.
Most importantly, I want my students to feel confident using English and to enjoy the process of improving their skills.

My approach to tutoring is friendly, patient and adapted to each student’s individual needs. I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes and practising their English without pressure.
My lessons focus on building a strong foundation in English, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, pronunciation and everyday conversation. I use simple explanations, examples, exercises and conversation practice to make lessons engaging and easy to understand. The teaching method and pace can be adjusted depending on the student’s level and what they would like to improve.
Lessons typically last around one hour, although this can be adapted depending on the student’s age, needs and availability.
I have a strong academic background in English and am currently a university student, which has given me experience with academic writing, communication and working with people of different ages and abilities.
My lessons are suitable for beginners and students looking to improve their basic English skills, including children, teenagers and adults. Whether you need help with schoolwork, everyday English, grammar, speaking, reading or simply want to become more confident using English, lessons can be tailored to your goals.
