About Jeremy
I have a genius-level IQ. I was raised in UK, France and USA before coming to NZ as a child. I speak some French and German and am comfortable with Maori language and culture. I began tutoring at high school and continued this throughout my 20-year career in IT, as a software trainer. I worked for the Salvation Army teaching literacy and job skills for two years full-time. I am a part-qualified, and experienced, primary school teacher. Because I have a lot of life experience, I am hoping to be able to provide good advice as well as learning.

I prefer to meet you online first to meet you and discuss what you are hoping to gain from the tutorials. I would then plan a first lesson of 30-60 minutes. We would summarize and review the content at the end of each lesson. It may be that a question and answer type of discussion is more appropriate to your needs than programmatic teaching. I have previously worked in employment assistance; I can help you with deciding about a career path and/or advise you regarding job applications and CV. I have previously taught at all age levels, from children to groups of adults. I pride myself on my broad, detailed knowledge and on my 'gift' for teaching. I look forward to working with you.
