About Zoë

Hi! My name is Zoë, and I am a high-achieving high school student with a 4.2 GPA and experience in AP and dual-enrollment courses. I have earned Principal’s List recognition and enjoy helping other students feel more confident in school.

Outside of academics, I have experience mentoring and working with younger students through leadership, service, and school organizations. These experiences have helped me develop patience, communication skills, and the ability to work with different personalities and learning styles.

As a student myself, I understand how frustrating it can be when a topic doesn’t make sense right away. I am patient, organized, dependable, and willing to explain something more than once or approach it in a different way. My goal is not only to help students complete their work, but also to help them understand what they are learning and become more confident academically.

My lessons are designed to be supportive, patient, and personalized to each student. I know that everyone learns differently, so I will take the time to explain concepts in different ways until they make sense. I can help with homework, reviewing difficult topics, preparing for tests and quizzes, and developing better study habits.

As a current high school student taking advanced courses, I understand what it feels like to learn new and challenging material. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions without feeling embarrassed or rushed.

During each lesson, we can focus on whatever the student needs the most, whether that means working through an assignment together, reviewing a topic from class, practicing problems, or getting organized for an upcoming test. I want students to leave each session feeling more confident and prepared than when they started.
