About Alice
I am a friendly, flexible arts professional currently residing in London and graduated from the Courtauld Institute of Art 2016. I specialised in seventeenth century Dutch market scenes, with an emphasis on Rembrandt.
Having disliked the inacessibility of academia during my own degree, I excel in decoding strenuous texts and theory to make subjects more comprehendable to students that struggle to connect with their work.
I have been working in fine art communications for the past seven years, and can also offer arts careers advice for students looking to their futures. I have spoken at Kingston University on commencing your career as an artist, and can offer advice to burgeoning arts professionals and artists alike.
I look forward to helping my future students realise their full potential academically, and instilling a lifelong love for the arts.

Operating in a friendly and flexible manner, my lessons eschew long and laborious lectures to present art history in an egaging way that will help my students learn passionately and with ease.
Lessons can be adapted to suit each student, and my skills range from furthering knowledge on a subject, exam preparation, essay writing and more.
Having graduated from The Courtauld Institute of Art in 2016, I have worked within the art world ever since, and can use my knowledge to prepare students for transitioning from education into their careers.
