About ASHIF

I have been into calesthenics and bodybuilding from my school days. Years later, it slowly faded away and I got super unfit , unhealthy and obese. No matter what I couldn't get out of the downward spiral I had fallen into .In 2022 had a realisation that rather than seeing fitness as a short term thing , or doing it for fun ,I must decide to make it a lifestyle and restarted my fitness journey just by walking 10 mins. Been consistently working since then, progressively making my fitness goals challenging step by step , also while constantly acquiring knowledge on fitness and nutrition. Today in 2024 I am super fit, in my best shape, muscular and strong, and feel like a super human. Not only did I fight and win over obesity, I won over an unhealthy mindset and poor mental health state. I realised that prioritising health is the best thing one could do for self love. I want to help people who are stuck at that stage where they don't know where to start, what to learn, what action to take to finally escape the void they are in.

Scientific and step by step approach to be a better version of oneself. We start from analysing your current fitness level and start with the required difficulty and intensity levels. I believe in making people push harder but not at the cost of making them feel too tired and unbearable. We will sprint miles in the long run but will start by learning to crawl, take baby steps, walk, run ..... doing a little better than yesterday. I can help you with whatever limited equipments or access to resources you have . Also a good and solid understanding of nutritional foundation will change your life forever.
