About Cath
I am a student at Cambridge University currently studying Chemistry, Mathematical Biology, Cell Biology and Evolution & Behaviour. I have experience tutoring students at both the schools I attended and am eager to help spread excitement for the subjects I love by explaining things in new and interesting ways that can be understood by students at all levels. My broad degree gives me a unique ability to provide students with a rounded and deep knowledge of any topic they may have questions about.

I start my classes with a discussion of what the student would like to go over if there are any specific topics that have caused issues, and go through the material provided by school. If this is insufficient, I attempt to explain the concept in different ways using examples and analogies to simplify it, and then apply that understanding to the larger issue. Once understood, we go through problems & questions regarding the topic to check understanding. Finally, if the student wishes, I can produce a page of notes summarising the lesson for future reference.
