About Maria

Hi! I’m María I’m 29 years old and originally from Asturias, in the north of Spain. I now live in the UK and work as a flight attendant, which means I meet people from all over the world every day!

I decided to teach because I know what it feels like to learn a second language. Moving to another country and speaking English every day helped me grow in confidence, and I want to help you feel that same confidence too.

For me, learning a language should feel fun, relaxed, and encouraging — not stressful. I love helping students feel comfortable speaking naturally and expressing themselves without fear of making mistakes.

Let’s enjoy the process together!

About the lesson

My lessons are fun, informal, and pressure-free — like chatting with a friend! We can talk about travel, daily life, work, or any topic you enjoy. I’ll gently correct your mistakes and help you sound more natural.

I’m also a native Spanish speaker, so if you’re Spanish and feel nervous, don’t worry — I understand exactly how it feels to learn another language!

Let’s build your confidence and make learning enjoyable.
