About Marin
With more than 20+ years of teaching experience and over 6540 students successfully mentored, I have helped violin learners achieve impressive technical and artistic progress. My experience includes beginners, intermediate students, advanced performers, competition candidates, and aspiring professionals.
Many former students have performed in orchestras, recitals, chamber groups, competitions, and advanced music programs. Several have progressed into professional performance opportunities and higher music education.
My mission is to help learners develop confidence, technical mastery, and artistic maturity while building a lifelong appreciation for music and performance.

Violin lessons focus on combining technical precision with artistic development to create confident and expressive musicians. Training includes posture, bow control, intonation accuracy, rhythm development, scales, sight reading, ear training, music theory, repertoire building, ensemble participation, and performance preparation.
Students participate in technical exercises, interpretation workshops, listening activities, sight-reading sessions, ensemble preparation, and structured practice planning. Lessons help learners build strong fundamentals while developing musical sensitivity and confidence.
Advanced learners explore advanced bowing techniques, solo repertoire mastery, orchestral performance skills, chamber music collaboration, audition preparation, artistic communication, and professional musicianship development. This approach supports continuous growth and performance excellence.
