About Rahul

Science has always fascinated me, and I love sharing that curiosity and enthusiasm with my students. I have over 5 years of teaching experience with students from ICSE and CBSE boards, including those from schools such as Orchids International, Dhruv International, and DAV. I am originally from Jamshedpur, where I completed my schooling. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in the Earth Science Department at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune.
Transparency is the key, so I have listed my scores:
I am All India Topper (**AIR 1**) in GATE 2025 in Applied Geophysics.
M.Sc Tech in Applied Geophysics: 8.76 CGPA
BSc in Physics: 8.0 CGPA
12TH CBSE (PCM) : 85%
10th ICSE : 89% 2015

Last but not the least, I love to play football and love coding in Python.

About the lesson

My objective is to make science and math feel natural to you, so you don't struggle with them but rather embrace them and feel joyful. I'll try to make you see that math and science are everywhere in our lives.
Each student is unique, and I design my lessons, worksheets, and tests accordingly to suit their individual needs.
If you struggle with questions like: What is the use of studying Newton's law? But why vectors? Why calculus? What is the point of differentiation? What the hell is integration? If you have stumbled upon those questions and want to learn Physics or Math so that everything makes sense to you, then I might be able to help you reach there.

Rahul is a great teacher and I’ll highly recommend him. His teaching methods and the approach towards problem solving is something I really appreciate. His methods are innovative and based on the learning speed of the person he’s teaching
Will definitely advice and suggest students to take lessons from him and decide by themselves

I know Rahul for a long time, he has a very strong grasp of concepts. His teaching starts with the most fundamental idea of the topic and progresses to deeper understanding. The way he visualise complex ideas especially in physics makes the subject seems trivial. According to me that is one of his most important strength.

Rahul is a great physics tutor who has a very clear and practical way of explaining concepts. He makes difficult topics feel much easier by breaking them down step by step and focusing on building a strong understanding of the basics. What I really appreciate about his teaching is that he encourages students to think through problems rather than just memorizing formulas, which helps build real confidence in physics. He is patient, approachable, and always willing to take the time to make sure a student truly understands a concept. If you're looking for someone who can make physics more understandable and even enjoyable, Rahul is definitely a tutor you can trust.

I have been a friend of Rahul since 2012. His approach to science concept is out of the box for average students like us . He deals with science concept in pragmatic way and relates it to real life examples. I am fortunate to have a friend and tuitor like him . His critical thinking will serve as a vital catalyst for his students' intellectual growth.
