About David
Besides having taught at many colleges and universities--I retired as a tenured humanities professor five years ago--I worked for newspapers for almost as many years. I was a copy editor, opinion and news writer, and sportswriter for many newspapers throughout the midwest. What I enjoy most: watching students improve their writing skills.
