About Jeannie
I mainly taught students in volunteering organizations either in groups or independently. Many of the sessions focused on improving literacy skills. I am extremely excited to teach history and help students understand the value of learning historical events. I believe the best way to understand history is to see how historical events tie into modern events.

I mainly give lessons to individuals in middle school and in high school. My techniques mainly stem from patience and engaging with the students. I try to incorporate the interests of the students into the curriculum to help them better focus. For instance, some of the students I taught in the past loved Minecraft and I was able to integrate the concept of Minecraft into physics and geometry. I was also able to teach children the similarities between Ancient Heroes to modern Heroes, such as Spider-Man and Superman.
