About Geraldine
I enjoy teaching and seeing students development and become proficient at playing the piano for their own enjoyment. I regularly give feed back to parents and students of progress in a supportive and helpful manner.
Students have an exercise book in which I write their homework for the week and it provides a memo for them and myself. I am make sure that the fundamentals are understood before moving on to more complicated music trying to introduce them to all sorts of different genre.

I teach for fun or for ABRSM exams and am student led with pace. I teach classically but will also teach pop and jazzy piano. My lessons last for half an hour per student being longer for more advanced students. My qualification is L.G.S.M. {teaching} and have been teaching for more than 30 years with good success. I teach students from about 7 years to senior citizens.
