About Barbara
Hi! This is Barbara.
Being around kids is just something that makes me happy!
I have been tutoring and teaching since high school and I have more than 8 years of experiences of teaching 1 on 1 classes, small groups and leading classes.
I am an outgoing person who loves sports, nature and cooking. I also like to combine studies with daily lives for my students. To make them study hard? First, you have to let them truly love what they are learning.

I love telling stories and waking up children's imagination.
Learning shouldn't be hard! Instead, it should be engaging and fun! That being said, not only young children are the ones I work with. I also work with many teenagers and encourage them to create their own Chinese stories! I also like to include student's personal interests into my curriculum, so every student of mine has their own learning materials with personalized emphasis!
