Malia is as thorough as she is smart and kind. She'll make sure you'll understand a subject, project, assignment to the best of your abilities before letting you swim. She'll also challenge you in ways you never thought possible. I would recommend her as a trust worthy teacher in multiple subjects but especially in her field of interest. I've known her for a few years as a colleague and she guided me through some of the most rigorous training of my career.
