About Yash
I’m a FIDE-rated chess coach, 5-time KVS National player, and 2-time district & state champion with 3+ years of coaching experience. I’ve played several international open FIDE-rated tournaments and trained students across different age groups. I started chess at a young age and turned my passion into a purpose — helping students master chess and boost their confidence on and off the board. I teach with a balance of fun and focus, offering personal attention and tournament-level preparation. I genuinely love sharing my experience to create future champions.

In my classes, students not only learn openings, tactics, and strategies, but also develop strong calculation, visualization, and decision-making skills. I follow a structured level-based curriculum, provide custom homework, and give tournament preparation support. My sessions are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student’s pace and goals.
