About Barkın
Hello, I graduated from Akdeniz University UTL department. For 3 years, I spend most of my time improving myself in crossfit and functional training. I received and applied various trainings on functional training. If your goal is to burn fat and move with quality throughout your life that stays fit, you, me and one dumbbell are more than enough for us. Generally, our lessons take between 45 minutes and 75 minutes depending on your level, regardless of the outdoor or gym. Our lessons begin with a quick warm-up that will increase your body temperature according to your purpose and level. It continues with a focus on posture imbalances and missing areas. Afterwards, we do a metabolic resistance training and end the day with a cooling / stretching.
