About Kammi
I’m Kamran, and I’ve always loved language and literature. I achieved A/A* in English at GCSE, went on to complete a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Psychology, and even ran a small YouTube channel discussing philosophy. Alongside tutoring, I write my own poetry and creative work, and I’m especially inspired by Russian literature and Beat poetry. I work as a part time mentor in the University for autistic and neurodivergent students.

Hey! I'm Kamran. My lessons are tailored to GCSE students who want to feel more confident in English Literature and Language. I achieved A/A* grades myself and continue to write poetry and creative work, which helps me bring a fresh, engaging approach to tutoring. I focus on breaking concepts down clearly and making them relatable, so students not only understand but also enjoy the subject. Lessons are typically one hour long and can be adapted to the student’s pace — whether that means going over essay structure step by step, analysing set texts in depth, or simplifying tricky grammar points. I encourage students to find their own creative voice in writing while also giving them the tools and exam strategies they need to succeed.
