About Arush Patil
I started my weight loss journey in july 2023 weighing in at 115kgs today I weigh 85 and have the muscles to show for it. Everything changes after you lose a large amount of weight and build muscle. I started feeling more confident and people started treating me different. The change was necessary and i did it without any special diets or BS training plans
