About Christopher
I am a highly educated and experienced lecturer and Doctor with a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and extensive experience in both research and teaching at the undergraduate level. As a dedicated professional, I am committed to fostering a love of learning and helping students reach their full potential. With over 10 years of tutoring experience, I have founded and successfully built a highly reputable country-wide tutoring business, specialising in Medicine, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Design, and Graduate Medical School Admission Test (GAMSAT) tutoring.
In addition to my academic background, I hold a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of Limerick and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Pharmacology from the University of Dublin, Trinity College. Throughout my career, I have contributed significant research to various projects, published articles in prestigious journals, and delivered engaging and interactive lecture content.
My teaching experience ranges from undergraduate to MSc level courses, focusing on areas such as Biochemistry, Biology, Human Genetics, Nutrition, Neuroscience, Oncology, Medicine, and Metabolism. My passion for teaching and extensive experience make me an ideal educator for students striving to excel in their academic endeavours.

My lessons are tailored to each individual's unique learning style, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed academically.
Teaching Methodology:
My teaching philosophy is centered around the belief that students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process. To achieve this, I utilise a combination of interactive and hands-on techniques, such as problem-solving exercises, group discussions, and real-life applications. By incorporating these methods, I strive to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that promotes critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
Lesson Length:
Typical lessons run for 60 minutes, allowing for ample time to cover new material, review previous concepts, and address any questions or concerns. However, lesson length can be adjusted to cater to each student's individual needs and preferences.
Experience:
I have a first class honours degree in Biochemistry and a PhD in Pharmacology, both from Trinity College Dublin. I also hold a Medical Degree. I have lectured in multiple Irish Universities for more than 5 years and have 10 years teaching experience at undergrad level.
My sessions cater for people ranging from those who already have a science background and are looking to improve their GAMSAT scores all the way, all the way to absolute new-comers to science subjects.
