About Pamela
As a certified Yoga Alliance teacher I am certified in Yoga as a RYT 500, and certified in Meditation, yoga flow, breathwork, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga and yin yoga. I am a yoginos inspired teacher for children, and a wellness professional with years experience in kinesiology and health.

I am passionate about teaching and passionate about yoga. I have trained within the U.S. and India. I also teach children and in schools. I have an alignment based perspective and a compassionate heart. I teach stress management to students, busy professionals, parents and children.
What is unique to me is teaching self compassion, acceptance, empathy and weave this into my classes. I also teach breathwork in my classes for stress management and anxiety
