About Roselle

I bring both expertise and dedication to every lesson. My teaching is grounded in proven ESL methodologies, enriched by years of experience designing feedback systems, comment banks, and learner-centered resources. I maintain a structured yet flexible approach, ensuring lessons are tailored to each student’s needs while following clear learning objectives.

I uphold the highest standards of professionalism: punctuality, preparation, and respect for learners’ goals. Every session is designed to be engaging, supportive, and effective, with measurable progress that students can see and feel.

About the lesson

My lessons are easy to understand, fun, and interactive.
I use strengths-based, student-centered teaching—focusing on what learners can do well and building confidence from there.
I blend technical accuracy (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation) with motivational feedback, ensuring students feel supported while improving.

Techniques include:
• Guided free talk for fluency
• Visual rubrics and trackers for progress
• Comment banks for personalized feedback
• Creative prompts (stories, cultural topics, comparisons) to spark engagement

My typical lesson planning:
• Warm-up
• Skill Focus
• Interactive Practice
• Wrap-up & Next Steps

What Sets Me Apart
• Joyful assessment style: I make feedback visually engaging with emojis, trackers, and positive phrasing.

• Customization: Every lesson adapts to the learner’s level, goals, and personality.

• Balance of rigor and encouragement: Learners improve technically while feeling emotionally supported.

• Creative integration: I bring in cultural topics, stories, and global comparisons to make lessons meaningful beyond language.

Who the Lessons Are For
• ESL learners of all levels: Beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Specific contexts:
• Free talk practice for fluency
• Grammar and vocabulary building
• Academic writing and reading comprehension
• Confidence-building for presentations or interviews

Age groups: Suitable for children, teens, and adults, with lesson style adapted to each.

Class formats: One-on-one tutoring or online sessions.
