I structure lessons after I've sat down with the child and learn their strengths and weaknesses. Then cater to both in a way that is efficient and effective. My lessons plans are structured toward each individual student. A typical day for a student would look something like this: talk through the day at school and high and low, go over assignments for day, week, and month. I'll then go and quickly structure our hour (s) for the day towards accomplishing the maximum while understanding the most simultaneously.
