About Soner
I have been cooking for 9 years and work as a professional chef now. I am creative with food, so I can provide you the recipes. I am working out since 7 years, a combination of gym, X fit & hybrid training (hyrox). I know how to trigger your body into growing, becoming stronger. And because of working out, I have had to focus on nutrition for my body. Since 2 years I have been delving deeper into nutrition, so I actually understand what certain foods do. I have knowledge of mitochondria, cholesterol, hormone production, immune system, minerals, vitamins, fats etc. With all of this combined, I can support you into getting in the best state you can possibly be.

I myself have struggled with stable energy levels & mood for a long time, this was because of my nutrition.
