About Samuel
I have been playing jazz piano for 25 years, with a good balance of professional training and self-teaching. Grade 8 standard, without the certificate.
Fairly new to online teaching, looking to build connections and good rapport with students.
I think it's important to give students a good foundation of music theory whilst protecting their own musical identity.

I will help you develop an understanding of harmony and improvisation tailored in a way that makes sense to you.
We'll learn songs and unpack them, as a method to access basic theory and discover how music works, alongside creating practice routines that keep your lessons inspiring and fun.
