Organisation : when working with Lauren spent much of her time organising and attending various meetings with different teams within our NHS service. She always came across as professional and attended all meetings prepared to support with keeping minutes and engaging with important discussions. As a tutor she will have to organise various students and attend/organise various meetings.


Ability to disseminate knowledge: in my experience of work with Lauren I had the opportunity to co facilitate psycho-educational groups with her. In our NHS service this was a treatment plan where a group of patients were given an overview of anxiety and depression, we also taught them techniques and skills they can apply to their life to overcome such problems. Lauren showed great confidence and charm in her delivery of these groups. She was excellent at taking complex concepts and simplifying them enough for the lay person to understand. As a tutor she will continue developing her teaching prowess as she will tutor he students by approaching the content with simplicity and elegance.

Empathy: as a person even outside of work Lauren has always been a cheerleader . She has personally supported me through various hardships as a friend and colleague. Always being the voice of reason and encouragement. For her students she will do the same . As Lauren will utilise her empathy and understanding of what it's like to be a student and deal with the immense pressure of being young in school to approach her students with kindness and support.

Overall I believe Lauren to be an excellent candidate for this role and hope my reference even slightly demonstrates her skill and brilliance.
