About Joshua
The students I am looking for are as follows:
- Students who are told they show potential, but are not quite achieving it.
- Students who cannot fully understand what they are taught in class, and would like an alternative explanation
- Self-motivated students looking to be pushed past their limits
Being "Twice Exceptional" (2e) myself, navigating both a learning gift and a disability, I can also work with students who think differently, including those with ADHD and giftedness.

As a part-time educator since 2015 with a professional background as Sustainability Analyst, I don't just teach a syllabus, I offer a unique learning experience for my students.
- Trend Analysis: I spot trends in my student's work to understand where they are lacking in knowledge or understanding, allowing me to create a unique strategy to help them achieve their goals.
- Multi-Modal Delivery: Complex problems don't have one "right" way to be explained. I adapt my delivery (narrate, illustrate or demonstrate where possible) according to the student's learning preferences and abilities.
- I encourage students to be intellectually curious. There is no such thing as "this topic is not within your syllabus". If my student wants to learn about something they are genuinely interested in, I will explain it to them in a way they can understand.
My classes are between 1-1.5 hours, and the rate varies depending on the level of education (primary, secondary) and geography (local, international students)
